Meet your coach
Caoimhe is a Surbiton-based personal trainer and mum of 2 young boys and one new little girl! She has a passion for helping mums in every stage of their fitness journey from pregnancy to postnatal strength.
After gaining her pre and postnatal qualifications she continued her studies with Burrell education to become an Advanced Postnatal Wellness Practitioner to support here client’s postnatal recovery.
Postnatal Strength Bootcamp
A weekly 45-minute indoor bootcamp class on Wednesday mornings at 10am.
The Postnatal Strength Bootcamp is designed to guide you back into exercise and fitness after having your baby. The programme will rehab your postnatal core, pelvic floor and help you regain strength in your body.
Babies Welcome: your baby can come to class with you, so no need to find childcare! The gym will be private during these class times with limited numbers attending. It will be a warm and welcoming space for mummy and baby, with a safe and friendly environment for feeding and changing.

You can join our strength-training mums at any time, with a trial session available if you feel you want to test it out before committing.
It’s been over a year since we last ran our Mummy Fitness classes as our lovely Caoimhe needed some time off during her third pregnancy (and we’re so proud!).
Now we can get back to looking after all of the other amazing local new mums who need our support
Here's how you can join
It’s simple to start – simply fill in your details and Caoimhe will get in touch! From there she’ll want to know lots about you, your baby, your pregnancy and your current physical state. We’ll need confirmation from your doctor that you’re all cleared to start training, and then we’ll get you sorted and ready to go. You’re almost there!
