How can a Nutrition Program help you?
We help our clients achieve their goals by working with them to understand how they can make healthy changes to their diet and lifestyle without giving up the things they love. We believe that there are no “bad” foods, and that everyone is different, so we don’t offer one-size-fits-all diet templates. Generally from getting older, but especially when moving through peri to post menopause, bone density and strength can rapidly decrease, leading to fractured and broken bones from even small slips.

Want to lose weight? Get more sleep – it’s the most underrated form of assistance when trying to achieve a fitness goal. Train more, sleep more and recover properly to get better results.
Help you live longer
The cure to old age? If anything can come close, it’s being fit and strong. As we get older, exercise becomes even more important for physical and mental longevity. Train hard and train consistently for results.

What does Nutrition Coaching look like?
Our nutrition coaching offers customized programs that are tailored to your individual needs and goals, whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply improve your overall health. We work with you to create a plan that fits your lifestyle and preferences, and we provide ongoing support and guidance to help you stay on track.
Easy to follow
You’ll be guided through a simple plan, which will focus on changing 1-2 habits at a time. Your success will depend on it being just ‘easy enough’ to see continuous progress.
No calorie counting
Calorie counting is a path that always ends in failure. We want you to stop counting and start thinking – focus on changing the behaviours that are damaging your progress.
You’ll check-in with your coach 2x per week (Mon/Thu) to discuss how your previous week went, and to work out which habits and behaviours you’ll work on next.
