How we can help

We specialise in a number of different areas, which includes bootcamp classes, 1:1 and group personal training, nutrition coaching, our menopause program for women who are both peri- and post-menopausal, and lastly we have a dedicated kids coaching program. All of our coaching programs are run at our gym in Long Ditton.

Bootcamp classes

Fast-paced, beginner-friendly, 35-minute classes. Our indoor bootcamp classes are designed for busy people who are low on time, looking for consistent, long-term progress. Train with your newly made workout besties in a fun, friendly and energetic group atmosphere.

Personal training

Giving you the best opportunity to reach your goals is 1-2-1 and group personal training. Train solo or with a friend (discounted) and achieve the body you’ve been dreaming of for the last few years. Nothing keeps you more accountable, motivated and focused on your goals.

Nutrition coaching

The most underrated and powerful, yet least valued help we can give for weight loss is nutrition coaching. What we hear most often is ‘I know about nutrition, I don’t need help with it’, yet these are the people who aren’t seeing the results they want. Nutrition coaching = fat loss.

Menopause program

Have you seen sudden menopause weight gain? It can be hard to get on top of menopause weight loss, but we’re here to help you feel empowered to take control of this new journey your body is taking and feel great about yourself again!

Kids coaching

We have a vision of creating a better future for our children. The effect of a long-term (10+ years) coaching program can be profound, with children benefitting for the rest of their lives and entering the adult world happy, strong and confident in themselves and their abilities.

Postnatal program

Guided strength sessions to provide support for a safe return to fitness with an Advanced Postnatal qualified coach. Starting with the Foundations Program and moving on to continuing Mummy Fitness classes.

Strength club

We know that deep down, everybody wants to feel like a total badass in one way or another – that’s why we created our new Strength Club. This is a chance for you to feel powerful …you’ll lift more weight and feel stronger than you ever have before!
