Yes! You can train in Lockdown 2.0
There are a number of ways you can stay fit, strong and healthy during the latest national lockdown in the UK, which began Thursday 5th November, 2020. What's better this time around, is that there are more options available to you. Our aim is to inform those in the local area (Surbiton, Long Ditton, Thames Ditton, Esher, Chessington, Kingston-Upon-Thames) of what your options are and how we can help you.
1. Train outside with one other person
As long as you adhere to the strict social distancing guidelines, you're allowed to train outside with one other person from a different household. It's important to note that two or more people from your own household cannot train with an extra person from another household.
How we can help
We are running 1-2-1 Outdoor Personal Training which is inline with all of the latest National Lockdown Restrictions. We have a hard court area in front of our facility which is allowed to remain open and in use. This means we can move our equipment outside to train our clients.
We can only train one client at a time, per trainer.

2. Train with a coach online
Some people can't or simply don't want to train outside with a coach in the current lockdown - that's okay. For those who can't take advantage of Outdoor 1-2-1 Personal Training, there are a number of amazing Online Coaching options available to keep you going.

We have a number of clients who have pivoted to Online Personal Training. Other than physically training at our facility (outdoors) this is undoubtedly the next best option.
With Online Personal Training, we provide each client with a customised training plan based on a detailed analysis of their goals. More importantly, our primary focus is the consistent communication we plan for each client. Not only do we message clients their daily workout and why we want them to do it, but also focus on the other aspects of their lives.
Are they stressed, have they been sleeping properly, is their diet staying on track?

How we can help #2
We have a number of clients who have pivoted to Online GROUP Training. This is the next most effective form of training after Outdoor PT and Online PT.
With Online Group Training, we provide a general training plan that goes out to all clients, Monday-Friday. With this option there is also 1x Zoom Workout on a Saturday morning. On workouts days, not only do we message clients their workout and why we want them to do it, we also catch-up after the workout to find out how it went to keep each client accountable.

We're running a 30-Day Nutrition Challenge! This was due to start November 23rd, but with the new lockdown that's just started, we wanted the Nutrition Challenge to give clients the tools to control their diets and manage their habits and behaviours over the difficult lockdown period.
